MLS ACCOUNT/CONNECTION CONCERNS:
- How do I change my password?
You can change your password by logging in to your My.LaSalle (MLS) account. Click the 'Change Password' option in the menu and fill out the form.
- What if I forgot my password? How do I retrieve
my password?
The Forgot Password facility is currently not available. For faculty and staff, please go to the ITC office. For students, please re-activate your account.
- Is my User ID the same as my ID Number?
Yes. If your ID Number starts with 99 and below, add a "0" below your ID Number (Example: 09500001); this will serve as your User ID.
- Is my dial-up password the same
as my MLS password?
Yes.
- How do I check my e-mail account?
Log in to your MLS account and then click on the e-mail option.
- If I change my password, will I also change my dial-up
password?
Once you changed your MLS password, your dial-up password will be automatically
changed.
- Would there be provisions for computer use inside the campus?
Yes. You can use computers inside the computer labs and in the cybernook.
- What is the best time to connect
to DLSU's dial-up server?
There is no best time to dial-up to DLSU's server. Connection time mainly
depends on the number of students accessing the server. The more students connected to the server, the harder it will be to connect.
- Can enrollment be done at home or at the computer labs only?
Since the On-line Enrollment system is web-based, you can also access it at Internet cafes or other PCs connected to the Internet via ISPs.
- If I live outside Metro Manila, does it mean that
I have to dial long-distance to use the on-line enrollment?
Yes, you need to dial long-distance to connect to DLSU’s Dial-up server.
You also have an option to subscribe to an ISP in your area.
- How about the people without Internet access
at home, how can they enroll?
Those without Internet access at home can enroll in the computer labs and cybernook at DLSU
or at Internet Cafes.
